Terms of Service

Meetingy is operated by INSIDEA, Inc. (“Meetingy”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so they are short. Where they are silent, the sensible reading applies.

1. What Meetingy is

Meetingy connects people who write for publications, companies or audiences (“writers”) with people who have relevant expertise (“leaders”). Writers post requests. Leaders answer in writing, by voice memo or on a call. Meetingy matches, records, transcribes, verifies and reports. Meetingy is not a publisher and does not control what a writer ultimately publishes.

2. Accounts and verification

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about yourself and your employer. Impersonation ends the account.
• Verification levels reflect the checks we have completed. They are our good-faith assessment, not a guarantee of any fact about a person.
• One person, one account. Agencies may manage several leaders under a team plan with each leader’s consent.

3. Quotes, recordings and licences

• A leader owns their words. By approving a quote, the leader grants the writer and the publication a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it with attribution, and grants Meetingy a licence to store it, show it on the leader’s profile and source record, and use it to match future requests.
• Voice memos and calls are recorded only with the consent of everyone recorded. Recordings are kept for 90 days as the source of record, then deleted. Transcripts and approved quotes are kept with the account.
• Writers may edit quotes only for length and clarity, must not change meaning, and must publish attribution as provided. Quotes marked “edited for clarity” were approved in their edited form.
• A leader may withdraw an approved quote before it is published. After publication, changes are between the leader and the publication.

4. Acceptable use

• Answers must be your own. Submitting machine-generated text as your own answer, pitching unrelated products, selling links, or responding to requests outside your expertise ends the account on the first occurrence.
• Writers must post real requests for real work and must not use responses to build lists, train models, or contact leaders for unrelated purposes.
• No harassment, no confidential information belonging to third parties, no content that is unlawful where you or the publication are.

5. Plans and payment

Free plans have monthly response limits. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and are billed in advance. Fees are not refundable for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Writers on the free plan pay nothing.

6. Citation reports

Citation and visibility reports are produced by querying third-party AI systems whose answers change constantly. They are indicative, not a measurement we guarantee, and must not be presented to others as audited figures.

7. Liability

Meetingy provides the service as is. We are not liable for what a writer publishes, for a publication’s decisions, for third-party systems, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; approved quotes already published stay licensed. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and will say why.

9. Contact and changes

Questions go to hello@meetingy.com. We will notify account holders by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
